Submissions

Transport costs vary depending on the destination country. You can see the shipping cost in your shopping cart.

We work with express transport companies that ensure that orders are treated with priority. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and can take between 2 and 9 business days. You can track your order through the links we send after your order is dispatched on the shipping companies' website.

We ship orders to all destinations in the EU - European Union, and to several countries in the Rest of the World. There are some countries that due to their geographic specificity we have not yet covered, which we regret in advance.

When placing your order, you will receive an email with the necessary details to track the shipment of your order, which you can also view by accessing your account.

In case of absence, the carrier may contact you to reschedule a new delivery or will deliver your order to a Collection Point. You will receive information about the Collection Point from the carrier via email or SMS. Pay attention to communications from the carrier.

The customer has the right to check the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. If your order shows clear signs of damage or leaks, or you detect any deficiency or missing item, we ask you to refuse the order and ask the shipping company to return it with this indication. You must alert or lodge a complaint with the transport company, as well as inform Pure Brands, Lda. within 7 days following delivery.

Orders

Despite all our verification efforts, it is sometimes possible to have a stock out. In this case, our Customer Support team will contact you to communicate the breakage of the item(s) and refund the amount.

Once the invoice has been issued, we cannot change its details.

Payments

You can pay for your order via MBway, ATM, Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Yes, to do this, simply select an alternative ordering method, through the ATM option - payments by ATM, (you will receive an email with the Entity, Reference and Value data), Mbway or via bank transfer, to the NIB indicated in the payment process when placing your order.
